Exciting role on offer for a highly motivated health & safety professional looking to join a unique and successful modular construction company where you will work in the manufacturing facility for a range of interesting off-site construction projects within a close-knit team.

This company are an offsite, modular construction company who pride themselves on the exceptional quality of all their modular buildings and projects from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors including Residential, Commercial and Healthcare. They provide a turnkey service from initial design through to final installation, and are experiencing extremely high growth. Due to this, they are looking for a keen Health & Safety Manager to join the team in the manufacturing facility to support the future successes of the business.

In this role you will be based in the factory in Telford, you will take full ownership of the sites overall health & safety. Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for policy development & implementation, risk assessments, incident investigation, working conditions, and all relevant reporting.
The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH qualified and have relevant modular/manufacturing/construction experience. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading a small team.

The Role:

• Health and Safety Manager
• Development and implementation of health and safety policy
• Risk assessments, hazard control, incident investigation and reporting
• Regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Based in the manufacturing facility in Telford

The Person:

• NEBOSH Qualified
• Previous experience in health & safety within modular/construction/manufacturing
• Keen eye for detail
• Commutable distance from Telford
