Maintenance Plumber

Your new company:
Hays are partnered with an globally recognised school, that are looking for a Maintenance Plumber to begin immediately.

(Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
provided by us)

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out general maintenance tasks across the campus encompassing plumbing works on a reactive maintenance and planned preventative basis
• Ensure that materials required to carry out maintenance works are procured via the Maintenance Manager in a timely manner
• Ensure that all personal protective equipment and tools are maintained in good working order

What you need to succeed:

• NVQ / City and Guilds Required as a minimum in plumbing
• Knowledge of COSHH, Manual Handling and general Health and Safety legislation
• Full UK driving licence.
