The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Routes Supervisor at our Milton Keynes office.

Overall purpose of this role of Applications Supervisor.

To maintain our reputation for excellence by providing a first-class and ensuring the team delivers accurate and 'right first time' information to all enquirers in line with department targets.

The team are highly motivated in processing membership applications for ACA students and members from other professional bodies.

Applications Supervisor Responsibilities include:

Delivering a first-class service supporting registrations, applications, readmissions, record updates and cessations

• Support users through multiple platforms in relation to ICAEW, its qualifications, products, events and benefits and take responsibility for supporting individuals into membership.
• Drive ICAEW member growth and retention targets by supporting individuals into membership, providing a gold standard service and highlighting available support and options
• Ensure the accurate processing and management of applications/registrations/cessations and readmissions for members, BFP holders, practice licences, general affiliates and other qualifications and routes to membership
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless process for users across all channels.
• Maintain high standards in protecting student and member data and the integrity of ICAEW data
• Ensure individuals meet eligibility and regulatory requirements in line with ICAEW Byelaws and regulations.
• Ensure that users' contact information is up to date.
• Create, support and maintain information for non-regulated firms.
• Maintain auto-responses, application forms and online content to support users, working with other teams to deliver digital and self-service solutions for users.
• Manage and resolve escalated complaints

Motivate, train and Plan resource

• Have a leading role in the selection and development of a multi-disciplinary team
• Motivate and lead team to achieve targets and goals, and encourage a strong 'one-team' atmosphere
• Support self-serve solutions and 'right first time' response within the team through internal knowledge bank and web resources.
• Plan and organise workload and resource to deliver excellent service across all channels

Candidate Profile

Applications Supervisor Requirements include:

• Experience in recruitment and resource planning
• Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in resolving complaints
• Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM and databases
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to deliver to challenging targets
• Ability to use and interpret operational data to deliver insight
• Proven resource planning in a target driven environment
• Reporting and measuring performance against key targets.
• Experience with training and developing high performance teams
• Strong understanding of ICAEW stakeholders and its products
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
