Currently recruiting for a 'Good' rated Ofstead Primary School in Croydon who are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team until the end of the Academic year 2025.

Responsibilities: Teaching Assistant - Croydon

• Supporting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Working with individual pupils or small groups, providing tailored support
• Monitoring student progress and reporting to the teacher

Requirements: Teaching Assistant - Croydon

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting is preferred
• A caring and patient approach to supporting children's learning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A commitment to enhancing children's education and wellbeing
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
