Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Package

My client, a multi-disciplinary Town Planning Consultancy specializing in a wide range of sectors including Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Renewables, Education, Land Promotion, and Mixed-Use, is looking for a talented Graduate Urban Designer to join their team. What to Expect as a Graduate Urban Designer:
In this role, you will work alongside senior colleagues on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, such as urban extensions, regeneration schemes, and masterplanning. You'll engage with developers, local communities, consultants, and authorities, contributing to the preparation of planning documents and helping deliver high-quality design reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing planning documents, design statements, feasibility studies, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work aligns with relevant policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Attend site visits and client meetings, offering input where needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, the design team, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the practice's marketing and social media activities.

Essential Skills for a Graduate Urban Designer:

• Proficiency in 3D modelling, hand sketching, rendering, and technical drawings.
• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Solid knowledge of CAD software.
• A degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or a related field.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
