Finance Assistant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Finance Assistant for a well-established property developers based in South Manchester. This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced Finance Assistant who has experience working in a fast paced environment.

As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Checking, uploading and processing invoices to Xero
• Raising client invoices
• Monitoring the PO processing system
• Balance monthly supplier statements
• Raising payments for month-end
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Running reports for journals
• Payment runs
• Assisting with any queries

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with large volume of invoices
• Background within Finance
• Proficient excel skills
• Excellent communication skills

What you get in return:

• Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
