• Drafting and advising on Wills, Tax Planning, and Trusts.
• Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters.
• Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters.
• Actively networking and contributing to the firm's business development efforts.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance with risk management and SRA rules.
• Contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment.
