Job Title: National Tender and Bid Manager (NTBM)

Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join their team as a National Tender and Bid Manager (NTBM). Reporting to the Head of Direct Sales, you will play a crucial role in the entire bidding process, identifying opportunities, and submitting winning proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute bid strategies in alignment with our client's objectives and client requirements.
- Write tenders and review documentation to secure new contracts.
- Manage resources and ensure compliance throughout the bid process.
- Coordinate with vendors and other managers to finalise bid details.
- Create comprehensive and accurate bid documents that adhere to guidelines.
- Gather and analyse bid and tender feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a reporting suite.
- Keep the bid content library up to date with relevant information.
- Identify tender opportunities by monitoring relevant hubs and portals.
- Collaborate closely with National Key Account Managers (NKAMs).
- Work with the Product & Services Team to promote the latest products.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to produce professional documentation.
- Provide feedback to enhance our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Experience managing tenders in the Automotive Industry and/or Finance Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Funding and Fleet Management solutions.
- Self-motivated with strategic and commercial awareness.
- Excellent presentation and persuasive skills.
- Proven experience in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Valid current driving licence is essential.
- Strong team player and knowledge sharer.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing and responding to tenders and bids.
- In-depth knowledge of Funding and Fleet Management solutions.
- Degree qualification.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
IT Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
