We are now looking for an Installation and Projects Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 7.30am – 16.30 Monday – Friday.

The Role

As an Installation and Projects Manager, you will manage and oversee activities at our project sites, ensuring we deliver high quality balcony products that meet our exceptional standards.

You will lead and manage the site operations team to deliver a high standard of service across all projects, liaising with all internal and external parties to ensure we are meeting expectations.

Controlling and monitoring the financial performance of each area of a project you are involved with, you will identify growth opportunities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Additionally, you will:

- Lead and manage a team of 5, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration
- Oversee training, onboarding, and the ongoing management of site installers
- Ensure aftercare queries are addressed, adhering to warranty policies
- Plan warranty works and ensure the right equipment and materials are available
- Provide reports on installer performance, equipment forecasts, and project status
- Conduct regular team meetings, 121s, and performance appraisals
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites
- Act as the primary liaison between sales teams, clients, and internal departments
- Produce and deliver regular reports to provide insights on team performance, project status and troubleshooting areas
- Proactively identify and resolve issues within your team and function to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings, offering solutions to drive improvements across the business

About You

To be considered as an Installation and Projects Manager, you will need:

- Extensive experience in progressive team management
- Experience in progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in similar roles
- A full, valid driving licence
- A CSCS card
