Residential Surveyor (Private workload)

Residential Surveyor - Low volume Private Workload - SW London/Surrey - £60-70k basic + Bonus

We’re working with a long-established, multi office, independent private practice which specialises in all aspects of Residential Surveying (except lender work) across the South East.

With an impressive pipeline of work achieving excellent average fees, they are now looking to hire an additional Surveyor as follows:

- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified with 2 years PQE

- Covering a patch comprising SW, KT and GU postcodes

- Strictly private workload, no lender valuations

- Quality focus, low volume expectations (5 x Surveys per week - usually 4 x L2 and 1 x L3 with days in between for completing reports and answering customer queries)

Remuneration will include a basic salary up to £70k (depending on qualification/experience) alongside bonuses (£10-20k OTE), benefits and a car allowance.
