Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisor's and ensuring the seamless execution of our client's financial plans. This is a full-time position based in Leatherhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist financial advisor's in managing and maintaining client relationships, including responding to client inquiries and requests.

  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with financial advisor's in the preparation of financial plans, investment strategies, and retirement planning.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on financial products, investment opportunities, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain client records, investment documentation, and compliance reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that all activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling client meetings, managing calendars, and supporting general office operations.

  • Data Management: Maintain and organise financial data, client portfolios, and records.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and cross-check financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial administration, preferably in a similar role within the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and financial planning.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including CRM systems and portfolio management software.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with financial advisor's.
