The Role

As a Warehouse Planner, you'll play a vital role in the operation, ensuring that space and resources are utilised effectively to meet demand. Key responsibilities include:

• Capacity Management: Accurately forecast warehouse space requirements, ensuring efficient utilisation of facilities.
• Planning & Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to maximise storage capacity and streamline operations.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse historical data, trends, and incoming volumes to anticipate future requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and inventory teams to align plans with the business's needs.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address capacity challenges to avoid disruptions to service.
• Reporting: Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders, offering insights into capacity and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with:

• Experience: A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain (specifically as a Warehouse Planner).
• Analytical Skills: Confidence in using data to forecast and plan effectively.
• Technical Know-How: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with planning or inventory management software.
• Problem-Solving Ability: The initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact the operation.
• Communication Skills: The ability to present data and insights clearly to teams and stakeholders.
