GIS Support Analyst

Title: GIS Technical Support Analyst

Location: Liverpool, Hybrid

Salary: £25K + Benefits

Excellent position available for a GIS Technical Support Analyst to join a leading GIS consultancy based in Liverpool that deliver and support integrated solutions across a wide range of industries from utility and infrastructure sectors, environmental services, local and central government.

Skills and Experience required:

• 1-2 Years experience in the GIS industry
• Degree in GIS, Geomatics or similar discipline
• Experience in the use of ArcGIS Pro, Desktop
• Full Driving licence
• Previous experience in providing training and technical support in a technical discipline

Desirable:

• The familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Use of high accuracy GPS/GNSS equipment and GNSS data capture applications
• Familiarisation of the Android operating system
• Any development experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS would be a distinct advantage.
