We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join our 40-bedded care home in Cannock, rated GOOD by the CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to step into a Home Manager role in the near future!
About the Role As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

• Work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and inspire the care team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
• Ensure clinical standards are met and maintained, complying with CQC regulations.
• Support with audits, care plans, and staff training to drive continuous improvement.
• Step up in the Home Manager’s absence, preparing you for future leadership opportunities.

About You We are looking for a passionate and driven professional with:

• A valid NMC PIN and a strong clinical background.
• Previous experience in a senior care role, ideally within a care home setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A genuine desire to progress and take on more responsibility in the future.
