About the Role:

Tradewind Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Mansfield. This is a part-time role, with responsibilities scheduled for Fridays on a 0.2 contract basis, starting from Friday, 6th December and continuing on an ongoing basis.

In this role, you will support classroom teachers and assist students in their learning journey, contributing to a positive and effective learning environment. Your duties will include helping with lesson delivery, supporting students' individual needs, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering the curriculum
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Support individual students and small groups with their learning activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Pay Rates:

The daily rate of pay will vary depending on experience, ranging from £85 to £125.
