Sales Support Co-ordinator, Salary: £26k + company bonus (OTE £32k) + Excellent benefits and career development opportunities, Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the Basingstoke office with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to work for a Leading and growing IT solutions provider within their sales order management team. This role is responsible for managing customer orders through to delivery, running reports and presenting them to the senior management team. Full training and onboarding provided.

Candidate requirements:

  • Good IT and administrative skills with the ability to use multiple systems
  • Experience in a similar role E.G. Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, Stock Administrator, Production Administrator.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills when dealing with customers and internal teams
  • Experience of data analysis, running reports and presenting information would be highly advantageous
  • Experience of SAP would be highly advantageous.

Sales Support Co-ordinator - The role:

  • Responsible for the lifecycle of the sales order until shipment.
  • Proactively engaging with customers & account managers on lead times to manage expectations.
  • Proactive approach to reporting, integration of information and resolution of queries within set SLA’s on the back-order, using SAP and an internal PO system.
  • Management of Aged stock taking initiative in resolving issues, working closely with the Business units Ops teams.
  • Running a variety of stock and sales reports using SAP and presenting the findings to the leadership team.
  • Managing production orders through the build process to ensure they are built and shipped to customers SLA’s through the weekly production meeting.
  • Tracking and reporting of supplier pricing and stock.
  • Management of contract letters and renewal process with account managers to ensure contracts are renewed on time using Dynamics and Sharepoint.
