We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Crosby, Liverpool immediately. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children who need your care and expertise to help them thrive academically and emotionally.

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure each child gets the support they need.
Help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to track progress and adapt teaching strategies to suit individual needs.

What Were Looking For:

Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in a school or similar setting.
A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students with SEN.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents to provide the best support possible.
A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.

Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Two professional references related to childcare or SEN support.
