As a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable function during a very busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Managing invoice queries and liaising with suppliers.
- Ensuring payments are processed on time.
- Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as needed during this busy period.
We’re looking for someone who: - Has prior experience in an Accounts Payable role (essential).
- Is highly organised with a strong eye for detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills for supplier interactions.
- Is proficient in finance systems and Excel.
