A top wealth management firm is looking for a polished and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in central London. This is a confidential search for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and can offer exceptional service in a corporate environment. This role offers flexibility, with 18-24 hours per week, but they will need someone in the office Monday to Wednesday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class experience
- Directing calls and taking detailed messages
- Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with all necessary amenities
- Assist with the coordination of onsite meetings, including catering and refreshments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy and presentable
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed

Requirements: - Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
- Polished, professional, and approachable with a warm and welcoming demeanour

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
Additional Information: - Hours: 18-24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
- Salary: £34,000 per annum pro rata
