Part Time Accounts Assistant Role Overview

As the Part Time Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting their finance team with day-to-day transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounts administration background and be familiar with using Sage.

Part Time Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Supplier statement Reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Assisting the finance manager with information for producing monthly management accounts
  • Maintaining finance procedures implemented by Finance Manager.
  • Assisting with payroll accounting, maintaining staff holidays etc
  • General administrative duties

Part Time Accounts Assistant Experience Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Sage 50 experience
  • Attention to detail with an ability to reconcile accounts
  • The ability to prioritise tasks as needed
  • Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
