Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a productive and positive learning atmosphere during teacher absences. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the classroom, ensuring engagement with pre-prepared lessons during teacher absences.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), particularly in English and Maths.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
