Travel Litigation Paralegal

An established law firm in Manchester is seeking a Travel Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of travel litigation and personal injury claims, including involvement in a significant group action.

You will play a vital role in supporting the team, handling cases involving Package Travel claims, road traffic accidents abroad, employer’s liability abroad, and incidents on planes and ships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in personal injury or litigation.
• Proven track record of progressing personal injury matters efficiently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting lawyers with a variety of travel litigation and personal injury claims.
• Supporting case preparation, including drafting legal documents, reviewing evidence, and managing case files.
• Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, third parties, and experts.
• Ensuring that cases progress efficiently, meeting all deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to the effective resolution of cases, supporting the team in achieving successful outcomes.
