Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors, supporting their development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and value-added services

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver results
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
