HR Administrator

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated HR Administrator to join an Education Trust in the Dudley area. This role is on an ongoing temporary basis, ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and has a keen interest in human resources management.
Day-to-day of the role: - Input, review, and issue employee contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with payroll administration, including handling payroll-related queries.
- Update HR systems accurately with new starters, leavers, and other personnel changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and company data at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Previous experience within a HR team is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
