Are you a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established company in the occupational health sector, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive business growth. Reporting regularly on account performance and staying up-to-date with industry trends will be central to your success. Occasional client site visits will also be required.
