Qualified Social Worker

Our client, Nottingham City Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Adult duty team.

The Adult Duty Team is a busy service comprising Social Workers and Community Care Officers. The team works with a diverse range of citizens and carers to provide holistic strength-based assessments and reviews to maximise independence and reach outcomes, identifying appropriate services to meet needs and commissioning support where required. The team works with citizens in a variety of different situations, including where a crisis response is required, and works with multiple agencies to provide risk assessed responses that take account of individual needs and outcomes, with consideration of mental capacity matters throughout. Work with citizens is carried out face to face or by telephone.
