Bramah HR are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join one of our incredible clients based in Hitchin in Hertfordshire. A generalist and hybrid role for a forward thinking family run business, this role will suit an experienced Business Partner with good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- To lead on and provide guidance to managers across the business on employee relations casework and ensure positive and fair outcomes for both the business and colleagues across the organisation
- To assist in the recruitment and selection strategy ensuring excellent candidate experiences boosting the brand reputation
- To lead on new and existing HR policy development and implementation
- To work collaboratively with other BP's and the HR manager to drive the HR agenda across the organisation
- To work closely with the L&D department on new L&D initiatives to improve and drive employee development and continued training
- To work on adhoc HR projects as instructed by the HR Manager
Skills:
- Generalist HR experience in a similar business partnering role
- Ability to lead and guide management on the HR agenda
- CIPD level 5 as a minimum
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of the HR function as a whole
- some previous L&D experience beneficial
