Family Solicitor (Birmingham)

This is a full-time hybrid based role working on private client matters. We do not offer legal aid.

The Role:

You will handle a mixture of cases, including:-

• Divorce
• Finances, resolving substantial wealth including properties & pensions
• Cohabitation Disputes - and cohabitation agreements
• Prenuptial agreements
• TOLATA
• Children matters

You:

• Qualification as a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• Advocacy experience
• Ambitious and enthusiastic, looking for career progression and growth.
• Ability to build up and expand a department.
• Keen to network and market the firm.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

You will have both secretarial and administration support, allowing you to focus on our clients and generating new work through networking and marketing. We use the LEAP system for client documents and accounts.
