Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents such as wills, trusts, and LPAs
• Client liaison, including attending meetings
• File management (opening, closing, maintaining, and archiving) using a digital system
• Administering probate matters
• Supporting Senior Solicitors and Head of Department with case research and court preparation

Salary: £27,000-£32,000 (depending on experience)

Ideal Candidate:

• Legal Assistant or Paralegal level experience in Private Client Law (experience in other areas of law may also be considered)
