About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Y4/Y5 PPA Cover Teacher to join a supportive school where you'll be stepping in to cover PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Year 4 and Year 5, helping students continue their learning journey with a focus on supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality teaching across Year 4 and Year 5 classes.
• Cover PPA time for the full-time teaching staff, ensuring that all students receive effective & engaging lessons.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering an atmosphere of respect and engagement.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity in students' learning.
• Support the academic development of students, encouraging their independence and confidence.

• Has experience teaching Year 4 and/or Year 5.
• Is passionate about engaging young learners and providing high-quality education.
• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Can work independently, with a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
