As a Wills and Probate Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Drafting wills and managing probate applications.
• Administering estates and handling complex probate cases.
• Supporting clients through all aspects of the probate process.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience working in wills and probate.
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing a varied caseload.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
