This is an excellent opportunity for a project-focused Associate Building Surveyor to progress within a successful and dynamic team while working on high-profile commercial projects across London.

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role within the building consultancy team, delivering a mix of professional and project service lines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial instructions across a diverse London portfolio.
• Delivering projects, mentoring APC candidates, and driving business development.
• Supporting a range of clients, including developers, owners, and occupiers.

• MRICS qualification.
• RICS-accredited degree.
• 3+ years' experience in a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical expertise across both professional and project services.
• Line management experience or skills.
• A commercially minded approach with a focus on business development.

• Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
