Billing Administrator- Golborne
phs Compliance are looking for an Administrator to join the Billing team in Golborne. You will work as part of a billing administration team for a set client list, principle duties include completion of financial billing against weekly targets and general administration duties within the account.
The essential skills need for this Administrator role are:
- Ability to work under time pressure and towards challenging targets
- Must be able to prioritise and manage their workload
- Have the ability to adapt to changing timelines
- Must have great internal and external Customer Service skills
- Must be confident in approaching/challenging stakeholders across the
- business at varying levels
- The job requires basic levels of problem solving and organisational skills.
- Accurate Data input
- PC literate (must include MS Office)
- Excellent telephone manner.
The key tasks you will perform as an Administrator are: - Financial invoicing & general administration
- Administration of the final stage of the job for contracts and Regions as designated by Billing Manager
- Provision of support for colleagues and clients alike
- Ensure WIP is kept up to date and all invoicing done in a correct and timely manner
- Ensure all reports are dispatched in a timely manner
- Resolution of any allocated client problems or queries
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get: - A Salary of £22,393.80
- Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week
