Our client is seeking a Social Media Executive to join their established team. From developing engaging content to representing the brand at events, take the lead in managing social media platforms and crafting impactful campaigns. Working alongside a dedicated marketing team, you’ll be integral in planning content, engaging with audiences, and delivering creative solutions to support the company’s digital strategy.

This is full time role is based in Worsham, Oxfordshire with a starting salary of £25,000, with quarterly bonus scheme and generous benefits. Initially based in the office, hours of work are flexible around core hours of 10-4, so if you’d prefer to do 8am-4pm or 10pm-6pm you can!

Due to the rural location of the office, a driving licence and car are essential for this position.

In the role of Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing the company’s social media platforms through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Developing and scheduling engaging blog and social content.
  • Planning and executing social campaigns using content calendars.
  • Representing the brand at events and trade shows as required.
  • Sharing company updates through news, press releases, and event reporting.
  • Analysing and improving social engagement through detailed reporting.
  • Organising and overseeing online and in-person events, including webinars and seminars.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • At least one year of social and digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite and a basic understanding of HTML.
  • Experience with social media advertising, analytics reporting, and influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of managing global social media accounts.
