Accounts Receivable Specialist

Your new company
HAYS are exclusively working with a growing lingerie manufacturer who are rapidly expanding operations in London. They are owned by a larger Chinese Lingerie manufacturing and designer company who are looking to fully potentialise this business. The offices are based near Holborn and require you to come in 3 days a week and 2 days WFH.
Your new role
This role is a sole charge Accounts Receivable position joining the newly formed European finance team, you will be reporting directly to the finance manager.

• Collect, follow up and allocate payments from wide European customer base
• Follow-up on overdue outstanding debtor amounts to secure payments
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, create customer payment plans and monitor compliance thereafter.
• Respond to and manage customer queries.
• Generate weekly and monthly AR reports.
• Monitor total outstanding balances, overdues, credit limits and debtor days.
• Customer master data activities.
• Backup for bank statement posting activities and other finance tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Retail/ Manufacturing or wholesale industry experience is essential to be considered for this role
• Dynamics365 is desired but not essential
• Proven AR experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment in a small finance team
