A reputable financial services firm is looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner to support financial advisers by providing essential research, analysis, and preparing client documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and compliance requirements, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support advisers by interpreting client data and providing research and recommendations.
- Prepare suitability reports, key feature documents, and client illustrations.
- Conduct product and market research using tools like Aequos, Morningstar, and Selectapension.
- Ensure client files and documentation comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage client files, quotations, and valuations while maintaining a high standard of administration.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Paraplanner or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, pensions, and market structures.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
