Office Administrator Role Overview

As the Office Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible of overseeing the day to day administration to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a busy role and requires someone who is effective and can work at speed.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
  • Dealing with enquiries and complaints effectively
  • Assist with quotations and processing invoices.
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
  • Providing administrative support to the wider teams, training new members of staff
  • Managing inboxes, databases, and ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date

Office Administrator Experience Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong typing and IT Skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent organisation skills
