Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer

I have been instructed by a highly regarded legal 500 firm that are looking to add a senior Commercial Contracts & IP lawyer to their rapidly expanding and ambitious team. My client are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and determined solicitor to assist their diverse client base on various commercial matters.

The successful candidate can expect to:

• Drafting, negotiate and review a broad range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, software / IT contracts, distribution agreements, outsourcing and service contracts
• Advise clients on obligations and rights under commercial contracts and provide guidance relating to formation, performance and termination of contracts
• Advise on IP and data protection relating to clients product and branding
• Support the broader Business services team in relation to M&A transactions
• Take on mentorship and supervisory responsibilities of junior colleagues
• Engage in business development and networking efforts to maintain the strong connections my client have in the local community and wider west midlands market

Salary: £65000 - £80000
