Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Car Allowance: £300 per month

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Lister to join their dynamic team. This role will not involve conducting valuations, instead listing new properties to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and compelling property write ups for residential properties, providing reliable and detailed information to buyers.
• Capture eye catching and professional photographs of new to market properties.
• Take accurate property measurements and create detailed floorplans.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and created in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience within the estate agency industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
