Assistant Team Leader

Our client, situated on Stakehill Industrial Estate, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. The work will involve manufacturing of plastic products.

Responsibilities:

* Operate 1 to 2 machines on the production line efficiently.
* Perform tasks such as lifting, palletising, and shrink wrapping.
* Adhere to safety protocols, including always wearing safety shoes and hi-vis vest.

The works hours are:

1. Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
2. Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
3. Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00

Additional Information:

* 37.5-hour working week.
* One 30-minute unpaid break during the shift.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
* Comfortable standing for extended periods.
* Physically capable of lifting and palletising.
* Strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
