HR Administrator

  • Day Rate: £110 - £130 per day (or could be more via Umbrella)

Reed HR have partnered with an organisation who are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in human resources and is adept at handling sensitive administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing job offer documents.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review and update HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Handle queries from managers and employees related to HR matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
