The Company
Our client is a leading global FinTech provider, working with financial institutions in over 30 countries worldwide. With headquarters in Manchester and a growing office in Florida, they are rapidly expanding their presence in North America. Following significant investment and the success of three major conferences across the pond, they are now looking for an Events and Creative Executive to take their event strategy to the next level.

The Role
As an Events and Creative Executive, you’ll take charge of planning, coordinating, and delivering high-profile conferences and events. Your work will directly support the company’s global business development strategy, with a focus on creating innovative and impactful experiences for clients.
This is a graduate role with room to grow, and while we’re asking for 1+ years’ event planning experience, we’re flexible for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning: Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage event logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Event Branding: Design marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and presentation decks, to support event promotion.
• On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, manage staff, and ensure every detail is aligned with your plan.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for email campaigns, websites, and professional presentations.
What You’ll Need:
• A 2:1 degree or above (essay-based disciplines preferred).
• 1+ years’ experience in event planning (or a demonstrable passion for it).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and professional demeanor.
