Neuro Physio Community 6 months of NHS experience is mandatory

Position: Neuro Physiotherapist
Location: Epsom Hospital, Community in Surrey Downs
Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
Working Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 (with a 30-minute break)
Salary: £21 - £23 per hour

Key Requirements:

• Must be a car driver - ability to travel to various community settings within Surrey Downs
• Experience in Neurorehabilitation is essential
• Community experience preferred
• A dedicated and compassionate approach to patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide neurophysiotherapy assessments and treatment for patients in the community
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote patient recovery
• Manage a caseload of patients with neurological conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Work within a community setting, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care
• Regularly review and evaluate patient progress

Qualifications & Skills:

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist
• Proven experience in neurorehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a community setting
