Sales Admin Support

- Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30)
Reed are representing a client who is seeking a proactive and engaged Sales Admin Support to provide essential administrative support to their Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. The successful candidate will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are maintained.
Day-to-day of the role: - Champion business initiatives and uphold company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable’, and ‘respectful’.
- Manage site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers.
- Handle business-related speeding fines and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books.
- Provide weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
- Lead office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit-ready.
- Answer phone calls, assist with queries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Brilliant time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent administration skills and adaptability to work in different situations.
- Computer literacy and confidence using various software and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
