Your new firm
An established chartered accountancy practice is seeking to appoint an Accounts and Audit Semi-Senior into their Liverpool office. This is a small practice with excellent retention and a great culture. They provide a range of accountancy services to clients across Liverpool from sole traders and partnerships up to large groups in a variety of industries including retail, charities and dentistry. They are keen to give staff a variety of experience and be involved with a range of work to enhance your career development.

Your new role
As Accounts & Audit Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for the accounts preparation for a range of clients from sole traders to limited companies in a range of industries. You will also be able to get involved in a range of audit work and support the audit manager with duties such as planning, fieldwork and completion. You will be a point of contact for clients and will support with any queries that may arise.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm is seeking a professional Accounts & Audit Semi-Senior who possesses previous experience within practice, preparing statutory and management accounts as well as prior experience within audit would be ideal but not necessary. Additionally, ideally you will be either ACA/ACCA part qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification. To succeed in this role, you will need good team working abilities and strong communication skills.
