Advisory Tax Assistant Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance your technical expertise by working with Owner-Managed Businesses, Mid-Tier Firms, and Large Groups. The firm offers a unique role that engages with a diverse and dynamic client base. You will be part of a highly talented team, with the firm employing nearly 100 tax professionals and having received multiple awards.

Your new role

• M&A tax advisory on both sale and buy side
• Capital reduction demergers
• EMI valuations
• Designing bespoke share incentives
• Transitions to Employee Ownership
• Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures

What you'll need to succeed

• You have some experience of either share schemes/tax valuations or tax structuring.
• You are CTA and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or have equivalent qualifications or experience.
• You have a good level of tax technical knowledge.
• You are client driven and commercially aware.
• Your strengths include written and verbal communication, and you enjoy talking to clients and other professionals.
