As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and lead lessons in the absence of teachers across various subjects.

About You
We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with students aged 11-16.
• Are adaptable and confident across different subjects.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with students.
• Demonstrate a firm but approachable attitude and a genuine interest in education.

While formal teaching qualifications are not required, experience working with students who display challenging behaviour is advantageous. This role is perfect for aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, Youth Workers, or Behaviour Mentors.
