Finance Business Partner

We are excited to be supporting a UK leading, evolving and eco conscious company based in Warwickshire. They are now on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving positive financial outcomes through critical analysis and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the business.

This position comes with an annual salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience and exams completed.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of business partnering across the business.
• Provide financial support and analysis of key areas and hold monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Support with budget and forecast preparation and review variances to ensure actions are raised for performance improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and controls.
• Produce and communicate financial and other KPI information with non-finance colleagues.

Candidate Attributes and Skills:

• Actively studying and working towards completion of ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Thorough understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong ability to work with accounting systems and Excel.
• Inquisitive with excellent numerical skills.
• Driven by innovative problem-solving.
• Ability to challenge and seek continuous improvement processes.
• Strong teamwork skills and confidence in your approach to work.
