About the Commercial Mortgage Case Manager Role
As a Commercial Mortgage Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and processing bridging finance applications from start to finish. You will act as a key liaison between clients, brokers, solicitors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties.

Commercial Mortgage Case Manager Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of bridging finance and Commercial cases, from initial application to completion.
• Liaising with brokers, solicitors, and clients to ensure all necessary documentation is provided and compliant.
• Conducting thorough checks on applications to ensure accuracy and adherence to lending criteria.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Proactively managing a pipeline of cases, ensuring deadlines and service-level agreements are met.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, always maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
