Foot Mobile Engineer

We have a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a privately owned building services company who are continually growing and winning new contracts due to their reputation in the industry. The maintenance company are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference.

The successful electrically biased engineer will have all the opportunities to develop and progress within the business offering a exciting opportunity. The Foot Mobile role will be covering both tenant and landlord maintenance contracts across London, covering both PPMs and reactive works on commercial sites.

You should hold City and Guild / NVQ qualifications, with 3+ years experience in the maintenance sector.

Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, Generators, Fire Alarm Tests, AHUs, FCUs, Air Conditioning, Sprinkler Systems, Motors, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Zones 1 & 2 Travel card
• Monday to Friday, 8-5
• 25 days holiday
